1. Pioneering: from Blind Spots to Boardrooms

I know what it means to pioneer—because I’ve lived it.

That’s why organizations like Google, Microsoft, P&G, Estée Lauder, Walmart, Johnson & Johnson, Georgetown University, and the United Nations don’t just invite me to speak.

They call me when they want their teams to see what others miss, act sooner, and turn clarity into competitive advantage.

2. Pioneering: from Warehouse to Emmys

I arrived in the U.S. with no family, no network, and no safety net.

Out of a carpet warehouse, I built a TV show that grew into a nationally syndicated success—and won three Daytime Emmys, beating corporate media giants at their own game.

3. Pioneering: from Missing Stories to Publishing History

I couldn’t find the leadership books I needed, so I wrote one—and became the first Latina author published by HarperCollins Leadership.

4. Pioneering: from Health Crisis to Innovation in Midlife

Later, a health crisis pushed me into early menopause.

I turned that blind spot into innovation, building a platform that reimagines longevity and midlife for millions of women.

5. Pioneering: from Local Chaos to a Global Lens

Just as I graduated with my master’s degree in journalism, Argentina—my home country—plunged into its worst crisis in generations: five presidents in ten days, 23% unemployment, and runaway inflation.

I also lived in Mexico and the UK before settling in the U.S., where I’ve spent the past 20+ years.

These experiences taught me to adapt fast and see possibility even in uncertainty.

6. Pioneering: from Asking Questions to Learning from the World’s Best

For 25 years, I’ve interviewed pioneers—from heads of state and cultural icons to world-class athletes and industry trailblazers.

Each conversation sharpened my perspective on what it truly takes to lead at the highest level.

7. Pioneering: from Living It to Helping Others Do the Same

All these experiences taught me to adapt fast, stay resourceful, and find opportunity in uncertainty.

Because I don’t just talk about pioneering. I’ve lived it.

And now, I help others do the same.

As the VP of Publishing and Editor-in-Chief of SUCCESS magazine, I was honored to have Gaby Natale join our SUCCESS Accelerator event. She delivers the rare combination of vision and practicality—helping leaders unlock potential, spot opportunities others miss, and pioneer what’s next. Her message resonates with any organization preparing for the future.”

My Values that have guided my life and business

How Can Gaby

ONE
Clarity
I believe clarity is the ultimate competitive advantage. In a noisy world, I help leaders cut through the white noise so they can see what others miss—and act with confidence.

TWO
Courage
Pioneering requires courage. Whether it was starting a TV show in a carpet warehouse or building a femtech platform after my own health crisis, I’ve learned that bold moves create breakthroughs.
THREE
Human Connection
I’ve interviewed presidents, unsung heroes, cultural icons, and trailblazers—and the common thread is always the human story. I believe empathy and authenticity are notjust soft skills—they are leadership skills.

FOUR
Reinvention
Change is not something I fear—it’s something I embrace. Reinvention has shape devery chapter of my life, and I bring that same mindset to help teams adapt fast and thrive.

FIVE
Global Perspective
Growing up in Argentina, living in Mexico and the UK, and spending two decades in the U.S. gave me a lens shaped by diversity and resilience. I bring that perspective to every stage, helping teams think beyond borders.

SIX
Purpose
Purpose gives direction to courage and clarity to reinvention. Everything I create —from a keynote to a platform— starts with one question: will this make the world a little better for someone else?
